Bernard Schwartz is a seasoned entrepreneur in the luxury hospitality and private aviation sectors. He is the CEO of The Fleet Clubs, a portfolio of boutique flying clubs that provide members with private, scheduled service to premier leisure destinations.
Bernard is also the Founder and principal of APICII, a national hospitality management and development company with over 1,000 employees and a portfolio of award-winning restaurants, hotels, and private clubs. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles—as operator, developer, and investor—across luxury real estate, hospitality, and travel.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Bernard has been actively involved in philanthropic leadership, including serving as Chair of the UJA Real Estate Board and contributing to numerous charitable organizations.
He is the proud father of two daughters and splits his time between Miami Beach and New York City.

MICHELE SULLIVAN

MICHELE is a first-generation American entrepreneur and a pioneering leader in private aviation. She is the Founder of The Fleet Clubs, a boutique network of private flying clubs, and the industry’s foremost expert in operating Boeing 737-based private aviation programs.
With over 15 years of experience in the niche world of shared private aviation, Michele has successfully operated more than 1,700 Boeing 737 flights, totaling over 7,500 flight hours. She currently manages two active clubs and continues to set the standard in luxury group travel by air.
Born and raised on the Island of Hawaii, Michele is the only female founder in the private aviation sector. Before launching her aviation ventures, she played a pivotal role in luxury real estate development—first at the iconic Four Seasons Hualalai, then as part of the executive team at Kukio, a premier Discovery Land Company project. In 2007, Michele launched the first-ever private flying club of its kind, which remains in operation today with a multi-year waiting list.
