Bernard Schwartz is a luxury hospitality entrepreneur. Bernard is CEO of The Fleet Clubs, a collection of boutique flying clubs serving second-home markets throughout North America. Bernard Co-Founded APICII in 2012, a national hospitality management and development company with more than 1000 employees. APICII is involved in dozens of private clubs, luxury hotels and residences. Notable projects include The Setai, 432 Park Avenue, The Bath Club, Aspen Ski Co, Montage, St Regis, Bloomingdales and others.
Bernard has served on the committees of numerous charitable organizations; notably, he was Chair of UJA Real Estate Board REX and a member of the Steering and Hospitality Committees of the UJA. Bernard has two daughters and splits his time between Miami Beach, Manhattan and The Hamptons.

MICHELE SULLIVAN

Michele is a first generation American aviation entrepreneur. Michele is Founder of The Fleet Clubs, a boutique collection of private flying clubs. Michele is the leading expert in 737 private flying clubs and has 15 years of experience operating the niche private aviation businesses. Michele operates two clubs that have flown more than 1700 Boeing 737 flights, totaling >7500 flight hours.
Born and raised on the Island of Hawaii, Michele is the aviation industry’s only female founder. Prior to aviation, Michele developed and sold Hawaii’s most expensive real estate. First as a real estate development executive for the iconic Four Season Hualalai and later at Kukio, a Discovery Land development. In 2007, she launched the first ever private flying club which is now in its 15th year of operation and boasts a multi-year waiting list.
